On larger, more detailed or high-profile programmes, Showpax provides a comprehensive site management service.
We provide an experienced manager – who will be on site throughout the event – and a dedicated control room whose staff will ensure everything runs to plan.
Control room staff will monitor all vehicles from pick-up point to venue and back and will be able to relay information to the conference organiser about any delegates delayed or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as road traffic accidents or adverse weather. |
The control room will also liaise with meet-and-greet staff at airports to enable us to react to developing situations.
At the venue, our site management team will ensure all passengers arrive at the correct points and are welcomed in a pleasant and efficient manner. Vehicles will be parked, and drivers taken care of and re-briefed for later transfers.
At the close of the conference, vehicles will be ready and waiting in pre-arranged positions and order, to take passengers home or onto the next stage of the event.
