Delays at customs meant the on-site team had to constantly shuffle the transfer schedule. From individual chauffeur driven cars to group coach-size group arrivals. Guest coming into Luton, provided a different challenge due to the recent fire. Effective and concise communication ensured all delegates were met and transferred as swiftly as possible.
Event days saw the group transferred to a Central London Google office & Madame Tussauds (evening function). This involved contact with local authorities to get parking suspensions in place, to ensure a smooth operation.
Highlight for many of the delegates was the tour of London on vintage Routemasters accompanied by Blue Badge Guides. In total 13 tours were organized with most of the guests taking part.
Departures on the final day ran smoothly, with a range of vehicles being used to suit requirements.
